Correspondence concerning international students at Penn State, 1950 December 5-1951 January 8.

Pennsylvania State College president Milton S. Eisenhower instructed Mr. Adrian O. Morse to investigate the possibility of Chinese communists on campus. Morse met with the deans of the undergraduate schools to ascertain the number of Chinese students and faculty on campus and received written reports back from them with details about each of the seven Chinese students, two Chinese professors, two native-born U.S. citizens with Chinese names, and one foreign-born faculty wife.
